Harmony right across Latvia

Atronic has secured another significant order with the Olympic Entertainment Group, which will see the roll-out of both Atronic’s new video slot product Harmony and the dynamic bonus link Cash Fever across the estate of former Baltic Gaming operations in Lativa. The order for several banks of Harmony machines will mark one of the very first installs of the stylish new product into the Baltic region and will be accompanied by five banks of e-motion machines featuring Cash Fever to be spread over five prime locations now owned by Olympic Casino, throughout the country.

Players in Latvia will be among the first in Europe to experience the new features available on Harmony including the new screen layout, improved ergonomic aspects for increased player comfort, multi-denomination and auto-play functionality as well as seven totally new game titles exclusive to Harmony. From Bogata to Prague Nova Desitec spans globe

The participation of Nova Desitec in the Colombian exhibition FADJA  2006, at the end of March, was a good opportunity for the Spanish company to show its latest game developments to customers of the Andean region as well inform them about its new commercial stadegy for the Colombian market. “For us Colombia is a fundamental and stretigic market as we used it as out starting point for Latin America,” explained Santiago Tirado, Nova Desitec’s Area Sales manager for Latin America. “Our participation in this show was so important because we are starting a new stage in this country. In order to track closer to the market and thus be able to offer a better service to our customers, we have decided to open our own sales office in Colombia. We obviously had to inform the Colombian customers about this very good news and there was no better place to do it as the FADJA 2006. Our games are meeting exactly the needs of the Colombian market ”, added Mr. Tirado.

Operating licenses in Russia  could be set at 30m rubles, according to a report submitted by a group of a State Duma officials, which would change the Russian tax code. The bill suggests raising the state duty for the licensing of gambling business from the current 3,000 rubles to 30m rubles.
